I’m a Reiki and sound healing practitioner based in Altrincham, offering gentle one-to-one sessions to help you relax, reset, and realign.

Trained in Usui Reiki at Atari Healing Centre and Sound Healing with Jungala in Phuket, Thailand, I create a calm, welcoming space where you can release stress, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're new to energy healing or returning to your practice, each session is tailored to your needs — blending Reiki, chakra balancing, and sound for deep emotional and energetic support.
